I called the company for a mouse in my room and they were the best - I am very scared of mice! They took care of the mouse so fast! Not only they took care of it, as while the technician Anthony was here, he saw I was struggling with tons of ants coming from the kitchen door, and already took care of it too. It was perfect! We had a concern about possible bed bugs. The person who picked up the phone when we called was very responsive, explained that the best test for bed bugs was using a dog rather than a visual inspection, and went out of her way to schedule an appointment that fit our schedule. The dog and handler arrived exactly on time, did a thorough inspection, and pronounced us bedbug free. This was clearly the correct assessment, as this was over a month ago and we've seen no signs of bed bugs.
